Sharp pains- rectal and vaginal

The past couple days I have been getting sudden sharp pains- it started in my rectum yesterday and I am now getting it in my vagina. It’s not so terrible that it really affects what I’m doing and only lasts for a couple minutes on and off but it definitely hurts. I have been using the bathroom (both ways) very normally. I don’t have any other symptoms besides a more-than-normal amount of cervical mucus that still seems healthy though, no odor or clumpyness. I am ttc but I am only 5 dpo so it has nothing to do with pregnancy (I am positive of my dpo, it is consistent with every other month and I took LOTS of opk’s and got clear results). Has anyone else gotten this? It’s completely new for me.
