Mucus Plug or Discharge ??

I have been having some mucus like discharge for the past couple of days & some last month , usually everytime I pee since a couple of days ago it did happened after I had sex (bomb sex) but now I’m scared . But it never had a color in it beside what it looks like now . I’m 30 weeks & 1 days with twins , I do get Braxton Hicks contractions & im very active . But just didn’t know if I should be concerned or not ? My appointments have been going okay & I start my every two week appts on the 8th . I’m due April 14th , 2022!
