So I just left my first prenatal appointment. I thought I was 7 weeks 4 days. Last period started December 13th. Got a positive pregnancy test on January 9th. They couldn't find a heartbeat on the doppler so they did a transvaginal ultrasound and the ultrasound tech obviously wouldn't tell me anything. She sent the scans up to my doctor to look over and then she said for me to come back next week to see if they can find a heartbeat, and maybe I'm just not as far along as I thought. I don't know how to tell what is what on an ultrasound so I thought I saw a baby and something else I'm assuming was a yolk sac but idk. I obviously left in tears assuming the worst, but I just feel so lost and nobody really could give me any information Idk if there is still a chance. But I see people posting on here that they are hearing heartbeats around 7 weeks. So I'm trying to keep faith but I guess I just want to know if this happened to anyone else and things turned out okay? Thanks in advance..
