What’s next?

I had my base bloodwork on CD3. She said the next step is an ultrasound to measure my uterus, but when will that be? I know she said something about paying for medication in March two weeks before my period starts. So is it just another month of checking my uterus and waiting? I guess I’m just confused. The RN on my IVF team basically told me everything leading up to transfer in 5 minutes and confused me. When I asked her to dumb it down for me she got rude.
