Giving away baby items

I have a bunch of baby items to give to my sister who is expecting their first baby - a girl. She was totally fine with the hand-me-downs when I first mentioned it. Then once I collected everything, she said she wanted to see what all she needed first and THEN let me know. You're a first-time parent and I'm telling you that these things I'm giving you are great items to have. If my sibling offered ME a ton of baby items for free and I was a first-time mom, I would've been like heck yes give me all ya got!!! Save me money and time!

She has a ton of empty bedrooms to store baby stuff. Eventually, I messaged her saying I need to make room in my house and get rid of these baby stuff now and wanted to double-check if she still wanted the baby items. But she didn't message me back... would you just take that as a "just forget about it and sell it"??
