Am I pregnant? TTC for 3 months

I’m 13dpo today. AF due tomorrow. 5dpo my nipples are sore and very erect which never really happen to me, Friday I had this pink spotting but just when i wiped which lasted 2-3hrs then after that back to my normal discharge. I never had any pink spotting. Before period i usually have bright red blood streaks and few hrs after that it will continue to be period. I was thinking it is implantation? But i had 3 negatives already. The next day, woke up at around 5 am I had this dream about a dog’s water broke and giving birth to puppies that are the size of 4-5 weeks old puppies, the water is all over the floor, then when I checked the puppies face they have monkey face😭😭 woke up after that. Yesterday I had this mild bearable cramping all day. Is it possible to be pregnant? Even if I had 3 negative test already
