Creamy CM at 11DPO

Good morning TTC family 👪

I am 11DPO, and noticed some cervical mucus on tissue, and so washed my hands and well, stuck a finger inside to see. It's creamy and I'm not sure what that could mean. Am I about to start period, or could I have conceived? I have tender/sore breast, slight cramping, and nausea. I'm tired a lot, but know these could also be signs of PMS. I took a test this morning it was negative. According to two apps I used, one says I'm supposed to start today, where as another says on Tuesday. This is totally confusing. I have a 26/28 cycle, although mostly 26. I had a positive ovulation test on cye day 14 which was 1/25.
