TTC 8DPO and 10 DPT

Hi ladies I need some help!!!

I started testing my trigger out and it’s at the point I barely see a line but now I’ve been feeling some urinary infection, I’ve been having vivid dreams, 2 days ago I woke up and felt dizziness, I don’t want to get my hopes up I had a mc 3 years ago and 1 year ago I had a chemical, I really want to conceive I’m on my first round of 5mg letrozole and 10,000ui pregnyl, I have pcos I’ve been on metformin for a while and my ovaries were great also my weight said my dr and I had a 22mm follicle 1 day before I got my trigger y felt a little bit of pain when I was supposed to ovulate so I really feel like I ovulated and I BD on my window so tell me you think I might’ve conceive?
