Missed peroid Negitive tests

i’m looking for advice on what is happening, so i recently had covid 19 on the week i was supposed to get my peroid. it didn’t come and i didn’t think too much of it (my cycle is very irregular) but it usually comes. It has been two weeks now and still no sign of it, i have taken two pregnancy tests and both have came back negative. (took one on day 9 of missed peroid and another one today day 15 missed peroid) I have recently broke up with my boyfriend of over two years because somethings have happened and i’m not sure if it was because of the stress of the relationship plus being sick with covid made it late? or if i’m just getting false a negative? i’m not sure what i should do. i have also recently stopped taking birth control back in August so i’m not sure if that could still be a factor of my cycle?
