Husband told me I’m not allowed to call him anymore

My husband and I have been married 8 years this year, together for 13. We have a triplets that are special needs and I’m currently 30 weeks pregnant with our 4th child (not planned, birth control failure). My husband has worked the same job for a couple of years and he gets off work every day at 4pm on the dot every day. For the past year or so he gets off work at 4pm and goes straight to his friends house (I know it’s his friends house, his wife confirmed) without saying anything to me. He’ll go there and come home whenever he feels like it asking where his dinner is. He doesn’t help with bedtime or picking up the house after the kids go to bed. He barely helps me with anything even though everything is getting harder now that I’m so far along. My mom took the kids overnight on Saturday night and he came home at 9pm without an explanation about where he was or what he had been doing. Backstory, I call him every third night or so to see where he is and he always says he’s working on his truck. We got into an argument on Saturday when he came home and he told me he doesn’t want me calling him anymore to see where he is, that it’s annoying af and he’ll be home when he’s home. He said if I call anymore he’s just going to not answer. Every time I call him to see when he’ll be home he acts so mad that I’m calling and gets really short with me and gets off the phone so I’m not surprised he’s now forbidding me to call but how do I react to this?! He tells me I’m too controlling and never want him to go anywhere or do anything 🙄 He did this once before in our relationship, right after our triplets were born and I literally wasn’t allowed to call him for almost two years without it being weird. How do I put my foot down?! This is completely unreasonable right?
