Faint Positive Tests

I had two faint positive tests a day between honestly scared that it was an evap line but both showed in the time window. Called OB to see about bloodwork and they want me to wait till 8 weeks to confirm. I'm only slightly freaking out first pregnancy, I'm gonna be so heart broken if I wait till my appointment and there not be a baby.

I have had elevated temp since ovulation I typically run at 97.4 and have not dropped back to normal. Right now im running between 98.1 to 98.3 I'm having nausea and dizzy spells with the temp difference. Cravings all of which is rice and steak with Pico on top.

I just need comfort right now that this is normal to freak out about. I'd be 4 weeks
