Is it fine to go to second hcg blood test at 44 hrs instead of 48?

Sorry if this seems silly but if i took my first HCG blood test monday at 1:30 pm, then I would need to take the second one today (wednesday) right to be 48 hrs later? only thing is I have to go at 9:30 am instead of 1:30 pm so it won't be exactly 48 hrs will that make a difference in my

levels rising or will I be fine with the few hours difference? don't want to negatively affect giving my hcg time to rise for the second test. thank you for your help
