Can someone please give me some hope ): feeling discouraged .

I went in at 6 weeks exactly for a transvaginal ultrasound

They saw the gestational sac & the yolk sac but no baby. She didn’t seem worried at all & said that they see this all the time & it’s probably too early. I have another ultrasound on Monday at 7 weeks 3 days.

I’ve been stressing so much lately & googling everything. Is it a good thing to at least see a yolk sac? She said everything’s there leading to a baby.

Any positive/negative stories welcomed.
