Bf critiqued me in a sex video. Was this appropriate?

My bf and I showered together in this huge shower where I’m staying. He suggested we film it. We’ve filmed ourselves a few times before (for personal use only) and I said I was ok with it. We started kissing and he made some moves but I kinda wasn’t feeling it. We didn’t manage to get p in v but I finished him off with a bj.

When we watched the video later, he was critiquing me saying that I look so tense and need to relax and “just accept it”. He also said I needed to point my toes and not look so awkward when he picked me up.

I actually kinda feel numb. Our sex life has not been great recently partly cause I’m so stressed running 3 businesses and in school FT. I also like sensual, soft sex where I can actually get turned on instead of rough fucking trying to go 0-100. I don’t mind a good fuck now and then but my libido has been so low which makes it super painful when we try.
