Worried mama

Ok, I need to vent… I have 2 boys already. I just went to my first appointment for my 4 th pregnancy. ( I’m exactly 5 weeks today but I had an IUD in so they wanted to do an ultrasound to make sure IUD wasn’t still in there.) My doctor found a dermoid cyst on my left ovary measuring 4 cm right now. During my second pregnancy I had this same cyst and the plan was to have it laparoscopically removed after my 1st trimester. I ended up having a miscarriage at 12 weeks and had both a D&C and the laparoscopic surgery a week later. My current doctor wants to go with the same plan if the cyst continues to grow. I am a complete nervous wreck now and I was wondering if anyone else has gone through something like this before.
