Anxiety about giving birth to Twins
This is my 3rd pregnancy but I had really bad contractions with my second and I’m getting really bad anxiety with this pregnancy. I’m scared to give birth and the contractions are gonna be worst then my second birth. Is there anything I can do to stop it ? My babies are in position and I’m almost close to giving birth 🥺😩
