Anyone with TMJ have neck pain?

I was diagnosed with TMJ years ago. Besides waking up with bite marks in my tongue and some mild headaches, it has never affected me much. However, this past week I have had HORRIBLE neck pain, headaches and shoulder pain. My jaw is throbbing and my ears feel like they have tons of pressure. The neck pain has been horrible today though. I cannot get comfortable, even lying down doesn’t help. I took ibuprofen, Tylenol and it did nothing. Is this a thing with TMJ!?!? Not sure if it’s the TMJ or something else…
