Scared i’m infertile

My bf and i both had chlamydia but i had it twice and i’m worried i could be infertile although i didn’t leave mine untreated either times the last time was probably a month until i treated it but my bf had it for 6 months until he could finally treat it im on birth control and get my period normally and no other issues im just scared because ive saw two things on social media saying how people have gotten chlamydia and they are now infertile i know it’s caused by PID most of the time but how would i know if i had that?
