Inflation affects my family

How are other families doing with the cost of inflation?

My husband works 50-60 hour weeks and I work 15-20 hour weeks. We rotate who is at home with the kids so no child care. We cannot get a head with bills. Cost of groceries, diapers, insurance, and daily living has increased, energy bills, gas. We've never had debt and we own 30% of our home which is modest and we are terrified of the continuous rising costs.

We don't eat meat hardly anymore, I cook from scratch, we don't eat out, we can't afford any dates or fun outside our home, we have no extra TV services. It's scary to know we have no extra money for anything remotely enjoyable. We are so burned out from long hours and kids we legit do everything with no help from family.

I'm just not sure how long this is sustainable. How do other families do it?
