Weird question

Did anyone who’s currently pregnant ovulate around day 10 and still have a successful pregnancy? I ovulated early this month and although I was not temping, I got a positive LH surge at nine days past ovulation and I’m pretty sure I ovulated at 10 days past ovulation. I usually ovulate around day 13-14. I’m only asking because I’m pretty sure I got the start of a bfp just now and From what I’ve read online, when you ovulate early it could mean the egg is immature so I’m super nervous especially after losing my baby at 9 weeks on Nov. 30th.
