Loving again

So I got out of a 7 year relationship in May then in September I started talking to this guy then we made it official in January. Do I love him yes I do he makes me feel wanted cared for and protected. However I still have trust issues from my prior relationship like he hasn’t done anything wrong I just second guess everything and I can’t take another heartbreak…What do I do ???
