My husband got me chocolate

He got me a bunch of chocolate for valentines. The thing is he got me all of it dark chocolate and some even 70% dark chocolate lol. I don’t like dark chocolate at all but I love that he’s very thoughtful. Now I don’t know what to do to not hurt his feelings. Do I tell him, do I give some away ? Any suggestions on how I can manage to eat it like melting it and adding stuff to it or what can I do?
