NST questions

Today I had an NST done on baby at 32 week doctor was saying baby was really hyper. The heartbeat ranged from 142-170 in so times of movement their was a point were they told me they were a little concerned because the heartbeat went to 183 but then they had me change position on the bed and it went back to normal fetal rage. It's concerned me when the nursed said she was concerned but then when the doctor came and looked over the whole test she told me it look great. Anyone know what's going on here should I be concerned
