Feedback needed ASAP!!

Anyone have an issue with low amniotic fluid??

I am 15 weeks... What were you told ? And if you know the cause?? I was told I have low amniotic fluid around my baby so that likely hints his kidneys are not functioning the way they should be and I have placenta privera. Which means the cervix is being blocked by the placenta and if it is not self resolved by birth could result in a C-section.. if anyone has had any experience with any of these issues please leave a comment I am scared and worried about my baby's health and aside from rest low stress and water intake what else can I do to help this... 😭😭
