Higher weight at the start of pregnancy

This is my 3rd pregnancy and I’m really hating my starting weight. I lost a good amount after birth of 2nd baby but never fully reached my pre pregnancy weight and then I gained 20+ lbs. two kids, mixed pandemic mixed with PPD I just haven’t been taking good care of myself. now I’m pregnant again starting at my highest weight. Only 8 weeks pregnant and I’m already wearing all my maternity clothes 😩 the few people I have told have already pointed at my gut and said how cute you have a belly bump already 😞I’m like nope that’s just fat hun. I’m so upset with my image the thought of getting even bigger with this pregnancy is so disheartening. I’m looking for some good resources for exercise and maintaining weight without gaining too much during pregnancy. Anyone have any programs they really like? Tips?
