When starts the second trimester?

Definitely not 12.  Technically 13.5  because the trimesters don't add up evenly.

I've always gone by 14 weeks starts the 2nd trimester & 28 weeks starts the 3rd. There's no rush to be in the next trimester...doesn't make the pregnancy go any faster. 😏

Pregnancy is 40 weeks. Divide that by 3 and each trimester is 13.3333333 weeks. So basically like 2 days into week 13 starts 2nd trimester but most people just say week 13
