Don’t know how to feel

Hello everyone, this will proabably be a long post. My LMP was December 19th 2021. I went in to my first ultrasound about 6 weeks in… but I also have pcos and my cycles are not regular usually average about 35-40 days I. Between each period. Went in for my first ultrasound at six weeks and nothing was found but my uterus was thick so the doctor told me we would do hCG testing for the next few days and my hCG kept continuously going up but not doubling each time, but she said it proabably because I’m early. Fast forward I go back in 12 days later for another ultrasound and now there’s a gestational sack but nothing inside and I have been spotting brown and having small clots every once in a while, but no pain…. I don’t What to think. The doctor said there’s two things one is that are early and by this upcoming Tuesday we should see something if we don’t then that means miscarriage…. It’s just throw me off because when I originally went and nothing was seen 12 days later somethings there but the yolk and baby isn’t seen…. Anyone else have a similar experience?
