Does this look like too much blood 2 weeks PP? Bleeding stopped but picked back up. This is a perineal liner so it didn’t soak a whole pad. It’s about 3-4 hours old.

Normal.  Even more so normal if you did some activity prior to the bleeding picking back up.  Make sure to rest

You can bleed up to 6 weeks. Your body is coming down from all the pregnancy hormones. It’s normal.

It’ll come and go for a while yet. Totally normal. You’ll probably notice a correlation between your activity level and increased bleeding.
