Hey! Just got AF yesterday.. I bought a bbt two days ago! This cycle, i’m trying to do everything right. How do i track it? What temps should i look for? Anything helps.

You can take it orally too. Set an alarm for the same time each day. My advice it to pick the earliest time you typically wake up. Even if you plan on sleeping in, set your alarm for that time then go back to sleep. It’s advised to get 3 hours of sleep before temping, and know that things like poor sleep, alcohol, and sickness can throw off your temp a bit. That’s why I like tracking it with fertility friend because you can mark certain temps as having reason for maybe being higher or lower 👍🏻
You’re follicular temps will be lower, and once you ovulate they will go up and remain high until you get your period, or stay high if you’re pregnant.

So take your temp vaginally every morning before you get out of bed, it must be done at exactly the same time every day for accuracy. Then just record the temp here in your app or you can use fertility friend app - I used both apps.
