No hormones birth control options ?

Please still some options i do not want an IUD. In the arm I am okay with but birth control tends to make me gain weight so I want to know if there is a low dosage non hormonal birth control out there ? If I can’t the right birth control what else can I do ?

The copper iud is pretty much the only non hormone. Otherwise you could get a low dose pill

Well if you are very regular you can use the FAM but it can be dicey.   We always just used condoms.  I didnt feel right taking birthcontrol for personal beliefs.  Once we are done having babies we will just take permanate measures but condoms worked very well for us.  My cycles are very irregular so the FAM wasnt a good fit

Condoms or FAM, but you have to be very diligent with FAM.  May I ask why you don’t want an iud?  They do have a non hormonal option (Paragard - I have it) and I have loved not having to worry about taking something or buying condoms.

FAM with condoms. The irony is that my birth control using friends and family have oopsy pregnancies but the only time I got pregnant it was extremely planned. 
FAM only works if you’re diligent and a good planner.
