Could someone reassure me?

So this is my first time really getting this far, always had chemicals. Well I got positive digitals Thursday, 17th, and was able to be seen Friday, 18th. They did blood work and a trans-vaginal ultrasound. Well my blood work came back positive no levels since he said Monday he is wanting to do more to compare. Well on the ultrasound he was not able to see anything other than my uterus was thick. He said that it looks good and that it’s common in early pregnancy. I was just wondering if anyone got early ultrasounds and what they looked like? I am terrified that I will lose my baby. We have been trying for so long and I’m not wanting it to be an ectopic pregnancy or anything like that.
