Placebo week

Hi there, I have been on levonorgestrel and ethinyl estradiol birth control for over a year now. This is the first time ever when I have made it to only having one placebo pill left and my “period” or withdrawal bleed hasn’t even started. I have been very stressed the past few week or so. My vehicle has been having issues and I need a new one which I have to pay for myself as a high school student. I have had unprotected sex since probably my first month taking birth control and have not missed any pills especially not within this pill pack. I wanted to see if anyone else has been in a similar situation and could tell me that this is something can happen when stressed.
