Which maternity belt is better the one with the top strap or just the bottom strap?

Me personally didn't find either helpful just made me more uncomfortable. I would try without belt over bump. Cx

I have the top one and I use it when I workout and it seems to help

I personally used a narrower one to wear further down which helped keep my pelvis together & I could actually sit down with it on! It's called a serola belt (off amazon), but otherwise the top one if you feel like your bump needs holding up! I used to walk around cradling it cus it was so heavy & low lol 😵

I have the top one, I wear it when I’m at work and I helps my lower back. I’m a dental assistant and stand for about 10 hours a day

I have the black one - I just don’t wear the strap over the belly because it annoys me.  I have one similar to the other one, but I felt like the one with the higher back piece was more supportive and helpful.
It helped a lot for me - I’m a teacher and on my feet and moving a lot - I could definitely tell when I didn’t wear it for a day.

The reason I’m asking is because I am carrying low & this Is my 3rd baby I’ve never even used one of those during my other pregnancies.. but gosh this time around my stomach is so low
