am i pregnant

i had unprotected sex and he came inside of me, im not on any kind of protection either. its been bout 2 weeks or so and my nipples are really sensitive and sore, ive been eating more but im not sure if its my depression eating where i eat alot when im sad, i had a tad bit of light pink blood like literally a spot but im not sure if its ovulation,, if anyone could tell if they had the same symptoms that would be great bc i think it’s too early to test right now,, also i know this is embarrassing but i got thrush/bv and the doctor asked if theres a chance of pregnancy.. but i dont know if it would happen so early on, last time i had thrush i was 10. any mums had this symptoms?
