I did have a really really bad episode like this early February. I do not recommend pushing that hard. I have hemorrhoids (which I had from my last delivery, but are bad again now) and I’m pretty sure I have vulvar varicosities 😩 drink a ton of water, take magnesium, a stool softener, try more fiber. Someone suggested prune juice & OJ together (half and half) and it worked for me! It looks gross but tasted just like OJ. Good luck!

Yes!! I just ordered these after recommendations of me needing magnesium to help! They already have & I just got them today (couple hours after I took them I went)-  I really hope taking them daily will keep me regular. I went from once a day before to once every 2-3 days & it was a struggle & SO HARD and painful! I also take Colace 2x a day & try to do activia too but it wasn’t helping!

I can recommend you eat prunes, also take magnesium citrate at night, drink tons of water, walk a lot
