6 weeks and cramping what is normal?

Hi all!

I am having some cramping i am 6 weeks i have dull cramping on both sides but every now ans then i get quite a sharp pain where i have marked on picture below 👇 i am also having abit if lower back pain ive no bleeding im just worrying as ive had so many miscarriages i had my hcg done at 4 weeks 5 days and it was 627 doctors couldn't get me in until tomorrow for another hcg test im just hoping its going to be abive 5000 and all is well i will also add that i have had my daughter via c section so im not sure if having scar tissue will make me cramp more x
