Back pain information needed

Hi girls, I’m 30 weeks pregnant and about a week or two ago I got a pregnancy massage, (she was super gentle) not sure if the back pain is from that or just pregnancy in general, but the back pain is in my lower back and everytime I put pressure on my left leg it literally kills my back… I have to be careful bending over or just cleaning my bed because of this back pain. Is it normal? Feels like I’ve strained my back but I don’t do heavy lifting or anything. I’m due in may on the 6th 2022
