I need hope 😢

So I had my First blood drawn 02/11/2022 HCG 53. Then I when back 02/14 HCG 243 then when back on 02/16 HCG 546 I call my doctor to let her know I had some bleeding she send me to Get my HCG check 1567 she called me and told me that she wants me to go to the ER because she think I might be having an ectopic pregnancy because of The bleeding I had and because of my numbers I went to the ER they told me my number was good they did a ultrasound didn’t find nothing in my tubes mind you this will be my third Ectopic So I know how ectopic feels and look and I really don’t think this a ectopic I honestly think I’m just to early but they Did Say something about my Lining and a pregnancy cyst In my uterus on my right side… The doctor also told me that she was optimistic this would it be a good pregnancy that she just think I’m too early… THIS HAVE NEVER HAPPEN TO ME BEFORE 😢 i’m kind of confused because I don’t know if I’m pregnant or not there will be doing another HCG Tomorrow To See…!

My las Period was 01/17/2022 …! Does anybody have the same as Spanish as me who can share with me I will be more than grateful..!
