Stupid PCOS

I've never been diagnosed just assumption that I've had PCOS. I may but I'm concerned about the 2 month absences of my menstural I'm not thinking about it a lot but if the first two weeks pass without anything I'm gonna be suspicious I lve took test but came up negative no symptoms except high cm and sex drive and I've spotted a few time at the end of Han and in feb but no period :/ wth is up?!
