2nd pregnancy anxiety

My daughter just turned 2 and I’m expecting our 2nd in October. I’ve started to have intense anxiety about this baby. About the transition to having 2 kids. How my daughter will be after. The morning sickness I’ve been having that makes working almost unbearable(I didn’t have any sickness my first pregnant) And mostly about giving birth a 2nd time lol. I lay awake at night thinking about everything and have a panic attack.

How do I handle all of this 😫
