No period after stopping susten 200mg

I have pcos and have been taking clomid and metformin for 5 months.This month I had a 11mm follicle on 11th day.Unfortunately I could not go to the doctor for further follicle scan.i started taking susten 200 mg from 18th day for 10 days.It has been 6 days since I stopped taking susten.But I havent got my period yet.pregnancy test is negative.should I take another pregnancy test.Is there any hope?
