Anatomy scan…

So just had my anatomy scan today that seemed to be going well… after like 1hr there the dr came and looked over the stuff then said follow me to my office. So I go there totally carefree looking at the clock I was ready to get out of there.. so she starts drawing and I’m looking but my hearing went off so I remember her saying is.. all’s well worth the baby however we can’t find one of his kidneys!!!!! I’m looking at the drawing she keeps doing and at some point she goes “ are you with me??” .. so long story short my baby’s got a pelvic kidney. I’m googling and I have no idea what I’m reading.. anybody has any experience or has heard of this??? Apparently 1/1000 it happens😞 She’s urged me to go for more genetic testing since I’m 42.. I’m in such an emotional funk right now feeling guilty as hell:( any info appreciated thank you all xo)
