Kidney stone?

Anyone who’s had one, is it possible to you to have all the classic symptoms MINUS peeing problems? Left side.. Kidney/underneath my ribs, my lower back all hurt awfully, as well as having chills and a 101.5 fever. I don’t have burning urination, I’m still peeing normal amounts at my regular times, no bad pee odor. I believe I’m in the early stages, since this is my first time experiencing something like this I am lost. Does the pain always begin here & then move into problems with urination?
