What's going on?

I'm new to this app. I downloaded it after googling my current period weirdness.

I have the implant. It stops my period for the first 2 years, and year 3 it starts coming back. (This is round 2 with the implant) my cycles started coming back around August 2021, and they were normal (3 days, minimal cramping, and they've never been insanely heavy) in nov 2021 cycle skips, cycle returns Dec 2021.i took a pregnancy test to be safe because everything was normal prior to that. Every 28 days like clockwork. But it's heavier than normal, lasts a week, bad cramping.

Jan 2022, same thing. At work I get light headed, and having to stop for breathe every time I go to lift a box of merch at work and wait for the room to stop spinning. Cramping like I haven't had since middle school.

My cycle arrive 10 days early this month. It's been pink to bright red, to brown and watery, to DARK red and super clotting. In the toilet, it looks like streaks of blood sliding down the side of the bowl where it goes to collect. I'm currently on day 12.

After looking up everything I possibly could on why I could be bleeding this effing long, I remembered how long I bled during postpartum with my daughters, and now I'm freaking myself out. Is there a possibility I ACTUALLY was pregnant, and miscarried? Honestly I wouldn't be shocked if I did, I miscarried once before right after missing a new cycle of birth control 13 years ago, but I was so traumatized by it, I don't remember a lot of the aftermath.

I do have an appt with an obgyn in early March, but now I'm kind of freaking out.
