Sexually assaulted

Last night while I was at a party I got blackout drunk and I was dressed inappropriately as it was a euphoria themed party but while I went to the bathroom a girl showed up and introduced herself to me next thing you know she had taken my breast out of my shirt and started sucking on it and I did not know what to do I froze and I couldn’t tell if this was real or not so I just walked away and went to bed is there anyway I can report her.
