am i overthinking or is this normal

i think im 5w2d according to lmp but i had a scan this morning due to cramping and this was the results on mychart, i haven't heard back from the doctor and the tech wouldn't tell me anything, why does it say the gestational sac is measuring 6w2d and the fetal pole 5w6d with no hb yet. im confused now
