Could this be a sign of twins?

I’m only 11 dpo.. I’m already feeling so sick and tired. Im constipated and find this all so odd. This is baby #4 and I didn’t feel like this until 6 weeks with the others. This line seems dark to me considering my period would be due Tuesday. Thoughts? Is this a sign of twins? They do not run in our family but there is one set.

Your tests are darker than mine were at that point and I’m having twins. The lines don’t give too much information really but it’s possible. I’ve also had no morning sickness and I’m now 13 weeks pregnant. Biggest thing for me was major mood swings like really bad and now I’m getting food aversions but otherwise normal.

I start getting vvfl by 9dpo by 11 dpo im a little darker than this. Ice only have singletons. 
I've had nausea at different times in pregnancy. My 2nd had me throwing up before I missed my period. 
The only true way to find out is the dr will hear 2 heartbeats(and even then its not as reliable) or an ultrasound.

Could this be a sign of twins?
