morning sickness is killing me. i have no appetite i haven’t really eaten in a week it’s hard to keep water down sometimes and anytime i try to eat something i feel like gagging. it’s to the point where im trying to throw up but i have nothing to throw up. and if i do it comes out nose as well and burns.. all i can think about is my baby being harmed from this😭😭 my first time ever being pregnant, i really don’t know what to do
