Confusing af

we broke up he’ll still randomly dm me, call me names, tell me to stay out of his life, watch my stories, then block me. 😂 is he not over me or does he really spite me that bad? Hell randomly slide up on my shit calling me “cringey” “pathetic” “dumbass” “U never been in my life” Even though I block his accounts. It’s so mf annoying. I can’t do shit because he’s all the way in Kuwait and apparently the cops there don’t do shit🙄 he’s doing that slick shit where he has me blocked on his main account but he’ll unblock me to look at my shit even though my account is private, he’ll have me blocked and unblocked at random times of the day. And I know this because his texts will pop up randomly on my messages, which means he unblocked me. I’m just looking for advice as to what tf he could possibly want. Or what he means. Hell go days without contact then he’ll hit me up with some mean ass shit.
