Really confused

On my other post if you look at it,my retired ob Dr said I was menopause my primary Dr said perimenoupasal,my AF was October and I just had AF this month in February, I just did opk and it's positive I have headache stomach hurt cramping and backache, if I'm perimenoupasal can I still ovulate? I had ewcm high sex drive, the blood work numbers showed I was perimenoupasal, should I request the same test they did to get second opinion or let it be? Please no bad comments,
